Regarding your feedback request on translation services provided by your company. As a core liaison on this agreement I can say that your company showed good customer service, translation were done in a timely manner and with a good quality. It is difficult to determine prices for translation services as it is neccesary to take into account several issues (time availability, difficulty of text, professionalism of interpreters etc.).I would say your company was flexible in fare price determination. There is one thing that we still working on is possibility to choose interpreters from the list you can provide to us – this was desirable by some of our requesting offices. I would say that overall customer performance evaluation is fully successful.
